Anti-ageing is a comprehensive topic. Complex hormonal processes play a major role in this. In addition to a hormone analysis and the individual treatment approaches that can be derived from this, there are of course generally known measures that slow down the ageing process and contribute to a sense of well-being.

- Healthy diet: Many portions of vegetables and plenty of fruit are important building blocks for general well-being.
- The intake of vitamins should be regular and balanced. Vitamin supplements can be a supportive aid, but should not be used as a complete substitute.
- Exercise regularly. Sport also reduces stress and contributes to a generally positive feeling.
- Balance your stress. Stress is a normal part of our lives. Instead of feeling guilty or bad about the amount of stress, try reducing stress through conscious activities: Massage, breathing exercises, yoga, a walk - all of these things can help with proper stress management.
- Find more joy and fun. In our busy lives, we hardly find time to consciously experience joy and fun. Make sure you make time for these things because they actually help.
Longevity is increasingly replacing the term anti-ageing. It is increasingly becoming a social trend that goes far beyond the medical field - self-tracking, self-optimization with various nutritional supplements and even stem cell administration. Not all of this is useful, but much of it helps to promote healthy behavior. We are happy to talk about it.
