Pets and pregnancy
In principle, pets are not a problem during pregnancy. However, please note the following:
- Please worm cats and dogs regularly
- Cats and dogs should not be left alone in the nursery
- Pregnant women should not come into contact with cat faeces (due to toxoplasmosis)
- Place birds and animals that spread dust and dirt in a place far away from the nursery (risk of allergies)
- Always wash your hands wellSwimming and specific gymnastics (prevention/relief of back pain and preparation for the birth)
