Tenderness, affection and sexuality should also be an integral part of every relationship during pregnancy. You should not hold back here, even if there are a lot of thoughts going through your head. Pregnancy is a very special time and sex is also described by many women as a special experience. Even in the early stages of pregnancy, the organs in the pelvis are better supplied with blood, which is good for pleasure. If there are no known premature contractions, bleeding or changes to the cervix, the couple can make love without restriction.

Regular sex during early pregnancy does not increase the risk of premature birth.

So please forget your fears and make the most of this time of intimate togetherness. As soon as the baby arrives, the nights will certainly be a little shorter...
