Sport during pregnancy
We recommend sports with even and low impact:
- Swimming and targeted gymnastics (prevention/relief of back pain, as well as preparation for the birth)
- Aquagym for pregnant women
- Walking
- Cycling
- walking
- Yoga for pregnant women
Take care with competitive sports and sports with sudden changes of movement or increased risk of falling:
- Tennis
- squash
- Ball games (team)
- horse riding
- Abdominal muscle exercises
- Athletics
- Roller or ice skating
- Alpine skiing
Sauna visits are only recommended for patients with a stable circulation.
